For bike and car deliveries, the base price includes door-to-door delivery.
For van and lorry services, the base price includes the driver's help to load and unload your items onto/from the vehicle. If you need additional help to bring the items to the doorstep of your apartment (for multi-storey building) or into your home, do indicate the manpower needed, which comes with additional costs.
