It is recommended that you call and check on the status of your driver 30 minutes before your scheduled booking. If you are unable to get in touch with your driver after some time, please contact our customer service hotline at 6836-1110 between 9am to 6pm daily, to be matched to another driver.
For the hours beyond 9am to 6pm, you may leave us a message on the GoGoX SG Facebook Page and we will revert as soon as we can.
For missed order, please call 6836-1110 or write in to cs@gogovan.sg to make a report and allow us to investigate into your problem.
