Complete the following step to set up custom shipping rates for packages with weight exceeding 5kg and dimensions exceeding 40x40x40 cm or the sum of its length, width, and height larger than 120cm.

Please note that the following configuration requires all your store's products and package boxes with weight values assigned.

Step 1: Navigate to Settings -> Shipping and Delivery.

Step 2: Select "Manage Rates" under the "Shipping" section.

Step 3: Under the "Shipping To" section, either select "Edit Rate" for an existing shipping rate or "Add Rate" to create a new shipping rate.

Step 4: In the pop-up, select "Add Conditions" then "Based on item weight" to set the minimum and maximum weight to which the shipping rate will be applied. Please reference our 40x40x40 cm & < 5kg pricing table for the base shipping rates to each region. The shipping rates are calculated based on the condition where the sum of the package's length, width, and height is less than 120cm in total. For every 5KG increment please add $10.

Step 5: If the item you are shipping is larger than 40x40x40 cm or the sum of its length, width, and height exceeds 120cm total, add $25 to the shipping fee.

Step 6: Repeat steps 3-5 for all shipping regions.
