Due to Shopify limitations, you can only use the app to place a GOGODelivery order when order is unfulfilled. We are actively looking into the solution right now, but you may consider:
- Place the another order on GOGOBusiness web or through our client App.
- Unarchive and cancel the fulfilment for the order. This would not affect delivery order being placed but customers will be unable to access the tracking page for current delivery. After cancelling the fulfilment, you will be able to place another delivery through the Shopify App.
