Due to Shopify's limitations, you may only place an order if its status is unfulfilled. You may consider the following:
- Place another order on the GoGoX Business portal or through our client app.
- Unarchive and cancel the fulfillment of the order.
- This will not affect the delivery orders being placed, but you will not be able to access the tracking page for the current delivery.
- After canceling the fulfillment, you will be able to place another delivery through the Shopify app.
