2. Click on Settings in the Menu
3. Click on Account deletion
4. Read instructions
5. Submit your intention to delete the account to our Customer Service via Intercom
6. Our CS and Operations team will process your request in 2 working days

⚠️ Please note: Based on legal, security, and business requirements, we may retain certain data from deleted accounts. For example, information regarding your order history and the time you accepted our terms of service and privacy policy.
