You may cancel the delivery request on the delivery confirmation page before a courier has picked up your order. If the order is already picked up by a courier, you will see an error message. You will have to call our hotline at 3590 3399. You will not be able to access this page again after leaving the page.
You can also choose to cancel the order on the GOGOBusiness web portal. The same cancellation rule applies. However, please note that cancellations made on the GOGOBusiness web portal won't be reflected on your Shopify order. You have to cancel the fulfillment of that order manually.
